I got this when it first came out. I like it a lot but I just bought an Iphone and don't need this anymore. I have taken photos with my username with it and if you need more verification I can take a photo of my face with it. haha. it's in great condition. no scratches on the screen or anything. I have a cover on it. I take great care of my stuff so it's perfectly fine.

I've always wanted an ipod touch 4th generation but couldn't afford it. you're about to make this member very happy if i can win it.

If i win i'll list my Iphone 3GS as i left AT&T for Metro PCS after i lost my job w /AT&T as it was costing my family and i over $200 per month and now i get the same exact services and coverage is great in my area for $105 so it's over a $100 monthly savings and w/out work due to illness I needed to do what i needed to do.
This would be terrific to listen to tunes in bed!

They are a bit pricey but after I got it I felt that it was worth it. They're a lot of fun and things to do on it are unlimited. I hope you win :)

Im HOPING 50,000 but who knows.I just watched a used Nintendo DSI go for 50.000 last night so hopefully this one will get up there.This Ipod can literally do it all though.FULL internet access through WIFI, Everything is VERY smooth,the touch screen is very user friendly.Everything about it is just great.=)

It will come with charger,headphones that it came with,and the screen protector.therre wasn't much of a manual that it came with. Just a one page thing on it's features.

4th Gen iPod Touch is a fairly new but in the photo the back of it looks really scratched.

it doesn't have a case and yeah the back is a little scratched up but the front is the part that you will be using. it won't be hard to cover it with a case. the front has a clear scratch protector.

What does jail break mean? Will it work with any wi-fi?

it works with any wifi. Including home wifi.. Jail breaking is something that you can do that will allow you to get free apps and customize your ipod completely. It is NOT recommended for the amateur. You can mess up your device. This one is NOT jail broken =)

i can walk u thru jailbreaking it if they would like it for it to be already jail broke when they get it maybe even help out on the bids let me know if interested

I looked into it and I didn't find a reliable program for this newest 4g iPod. If the winner prefers to have it jailbroken they can figure it out on their own. But thank you for the offer:)

I will put it in the original plastic case it came in and bubble wrap that then put in a small flats rate box with more bubble wrap around to ensure it doesn't
