I have an iPhone 3G 8GB in great condition. The screen is perfect, the case has very few minor scratches on the back (it was in a protector 98% of the time). All the buttons work and it functions as new.
I have reset the phone to factory settings and even upgraded the OS to the new 4.2 version.
The case that I have the phone in now is an older one that is very used and I am only leaving it in that case for shipping purposes. That way if the case gets damaged, no loss.

You will have to purchase a new SIM card when you activate the phone with AT&T (and yes it will only work with AT&T) because I will not be including my SIM card with this auction.

YES, this phone CAN be used as an iPod only.
If you already have AT&T service, you would only have to swap your SIM card to the phone and let AT&T know so they can add the iPhone data plan to your account. You MUST have the data plan to use on AT&T network.

This will be shipped FREE to the winning bidder and will be SECURELY packaged to ensure no damage to the phone or the accessories. I will be bubble wrapping the phone itself then putting it in the box with the accessories and then padding everything in the box. It will be shipped with delivery confirmation so that we can ensure it arrives to only you.

The pictures were taken today and I also went ahead and put one of MY screen protectors on it, brand new, for shipping purposes (this screen protector does not come out of the packages I am sending you).

The cable looks as though it is separated a little from the connectors, but that is normal, over time it will get worse (my husband's is horrible) but it doesn't not impede the function of the cord or harm the phone.
