Thanks for looking! I'll try to make this as concise as possible. I've had this phone for a few months and am only parting with it because I just upgraded to an iPhone 4. I considered keeping it as a spare, but the new SIM cards used by the iPhone 4 make it impossible to switch between the two. I considered selling it for cash, but I'd much rather give it to one of you guys.

This is the 3G model, NOT the 3GS. It contains an 8 gigabyte harddrive and is running on standard Apple firmware - it is NOT jailbroken or unlocked.

Included are the device itself, an Apple brand cable and wall adapter, and two cases (one silicone and one hard plastic). Both cases have Darth Vader on them, so if you're a Star Wars fan this is definitely the auction for you.

The sixth and seventh pictures are to authenticate this auction.

PLEASE pay attention to the LAST photo. The only thing wrong with this phone is a SMALL chip on the left edge of the screen. It does NOT affect functionality or distort the display in any way. I take as good a care of my electronics as I can, but accidents happen. Had there been anything actually WRONG with the phone I would have had it repaired a long time ago (I use Best Buy's service plans on everything that I buy from them).

Unlocking allows an iPhone to operate on a network other than AT&T. It's a bit of a complicated process, and can damage the phone if not done properly. You can find instructions online.

Good Auction, heres a suggestion if you ever list something like this again, wipe the fingerprints off the screen with a micro fiber cloth so the buyer does not possibly confuse them with scratches. The reason why I say that is because in the pictures it appears to have alot of fingerprints and by wiping them off the phone will also look like it's in better condition.
