This is a great phone but my husband joined my plan with sprint and got andriod. It includes charger and phone protectant cover. Phone does not use a sim card. It does have a clean esn. Phone will be shipped in its original box with papers.

a little confused...listing says it does not use sim card and then you answer a question with yes it does use a sim card....which is it? great listing, but need to know before I bid.

What is jailbreaking? And no this is uploaded from my phone. I am olny restorng the phone back to its original setting. Was told to do so so that all my personal info would be deleted.

Short story of jail breaking on iphones- To free it from Apple Restrictions...so that you can put more stuff on it and basically do whatever you want with the phone.
