Not counting the hood the length in the back is just over 19 inches and shoulder to shoulder is around 10 inches
This was never worn
polyester and nylon yellow fabric with a pull string bottom to make it fit well

really cute with fake pockets outlined with black thread there is a velcro v neck opening and the hood has a velcro closure as well and there is another loop on the shoulder to make adjustments to the size

I got this for my pit bull and would not fit him across his chest but every where else was good so really depends on your dogs size
