The gorgeous hand crafted and hand painted plate was made in China for the MayRich company and still has the original tags for them. Looks like it is hand signed in tiny chinese lettering.
I got this at an estate sale and it is like new but may have tiny imperfections that definitely do not detract from its beauty. Can be hung from the attached gold wire or placed in a plate stand.
Great for any bird lover.
