Oh wow! How I would love this jacket. I am a size 11/12, sometimes a medium (around a size 10 in tops) but I doubt I will ever get back to an eight. Never mind the size "0" I would probably wear now as I once weighed only 99/100 pounds!!

They didn't have size zero back in the 70's!! I wore a size six in my Calvin Kleins. Sizes have been expanding as people in America have been doing the same.

Sorry so much. I have been talking to an 11 year old, albeit a very bright one, for two days!

F&W and have almost no credits right now, but will be keeping track of your auctions from now on.

LOL I feel ya! I also have bright young ones, 8 & 10, to converse with! A lot this week too since they are out on spring break!
And I totally get what you are saying about the sizes growing over the years! A couple of weeks ago my sis in law had a 80's prom birthday bash. So all us girls hit the thrift stores for our 80s prom outfits and the sizes were crazy!! I wear a size 6 now and the dress I got was straight from the 80s and at a size 12 would NEVER fit!! I had to do some quick alterations to make it fit. Same situation for all the girls. Crazy!

This is Gorgeous, I love burberry!! The burberry outlet I used to go to moved, and now way to far out of my way :( But even their outlet was expensive! You could not find a bag under 225.00 unless they were having some type of holiday sale....But was wondering, can you tell me the material on this? also, is it as shiny as some of the pics show or more matte? Thanks so much, wish I had enough! I doubt I will in 5 days but you never know! :)

Thanks for stopping by. The coat is hard to describe it is sort of a Matt but when the light hits it it shines up. The pictures I took one was with flash on and then the flash off if you're out In the sun it's going to be pretty shiny will draw a lot of attention :)
It really is such a Beautiful jacket! Look closely at the pictures, I took one of the label that list the material type.

I remember my first auction that hit over 100,000 credits, it felt so good and I had no idea the bids would get so high or I would've sold it! This auction is definitely going to get above 500,000 if someone doesn't use GIN! I don't have the credits atm but if you have any other Burberry that you're looking to sell, please contact me.
