For your bidding consideration.. this is what some people call a I-Fraud.. looks just like a Ipod but no apple on the back. The reason I am getting rid of this is because I won the Sandisk Sansa fuze on listia last month.. so I dont need two .:)

it's not illegal, from what I've seen and researched on these, they are MADE by apple, and sold in other countries without the apple logo. It should sync with itunes, as I'm pretty sure the software on it is the same as an Ipod....they just don't comercially market these (meaning they can't sell them at walmart, target, etc) in the US because apple won't allow it! These are nice, and you can always buy an apple sticker from ebay, put it on the back and no one will know the difference, lol! Great auction! There's a lady on here who lists these all the time and she has nothing but good feedback on them!

I am so sorry to bother you, but what is the diff between mp3 and mp4? Is it that mp4 indicates video? Also, what kind of music is already on it, and how much does 4gigs hold? 1000? Thanks so much!!!

_An mp3 is a one which can only play music but a mp4 can not only play music but can store videos and images .
-a 4gb should hold between 700-1000 songs depending on the length of the songs
