this phone is in working condition and has a clean ESN. phone shows signs of heavy usage but is in working condition. I believe Alltel no longer exists due to Verison buying them out a few years ago. this phone makes a good MP3 player/camera/video camera. this phone did have Zippo lighter fluid spilled on it witch messed up the back lighting slightly but does not affect performance NO CHARGER
