This auction is 4 my recipe Tamale Meatloaf, but U can make this into meatballs. I've done both & my family loves both. This is a delicious recipe & if U have the cravings 4 something different from UR typical meatloaf or spaghetti & meatballs dinner, this is what U've been looking 4. U can see it 4 URself in my pictures! This is even more delicious the next day, just add enchilada sauce & cheese on top (see the last picture) & microwave till hot & cheese melts, & dinner's ready! YUM!
