I recently purchased a Gateway Laptop and this software came with it but I don't need it. You will be receiving the Software in the second picture. Although it says Gateway Microsoft 8.5; this software works with any Microsoft laptop- not just Gateway.

I'm not sure what you mean by key but if you are talking about the activation passcode for this program I believe it does. Like I said, it came with my gateway laptop that I bought and is completely sealed. I dont want to open it- but there are different numbers on the package that makes me believe that it is the passcode to the software.

i will, cus i just turned my assignment in and my teacher couldn't open it, because I usedn open office and I need microsofts for the teacher to be able to grade my papers.
