Mostly boy. some things could certainly be for either girl or boy.

brand new items are: picture frame, two bottles, bath time sponges, 7 or 8 baby shower invitations with envelopes, bath time mitt, new full size baby powder and baby lotion, boy toy, pacifier, and safety first cushioned sign that says wash hands before touching ( it has velcro to connect it to the car seat or crib). these things are all new in the packaging.
Used items :
2 bibs, 4 hats, a onesie, bassinet sheet, 5 bottles (4 oz. size), some tissue paper (I used 2 sheets out of the pack), and a taggie type lovey that was given to me and I don't think it was used but not sure. I really should have tried harder to post more pictures.
This is a great deal for anyone. Most of this is just extras we got. Thought someone else might really need since we got more than one of the new items.
Thank you to everyone who is watching, fanning, etc...
The baby is due next week, so will probably do something similar to this next month when we figure out what he likes and dislikes.

There are two brand new out of the package pacifiers (on top of the lion bath mitt) they were never used just taken off of the diaper cake. The full size lotion and baby powder are in front of the bath sponges. I know it is hard to see. I apologize for not having enough pictures.
