Condition: This unit has moderate to heavy scratches. This is all cosmetic and does not affect the use of the machine. I will try to show these in the images of this listing. It is also missing a few of the "rubber feet" from the bottom.

The AC Adapter IS included with this machine.

Correct. Any ISP will work. It has an att non activated wwan but this does not need to be activated or used.

It does not. It has a display port. Similar to hdmi but requires and adapter for hdmi use.

It has libreoffice which is an open source version of office. https://www.libreoffice.org/discover/libreoffice/

Other than that it has the basic installations such as adobe reader, flash, java, etc...

If you are referring to the WWAN, it is a Dell Wireless 5500 for AT&T that is NOT activated and will require you to purchase service as well as get a new SIM card for it. Is this what you were asking?
