Used but you couldn't tell. I only used these if I played at night which I didn't do very often because well I get tried and want to go to sleep.
I can't say how great these headphones are, great sound, wireless, great battery life and chat w/ the all important chat mute switch. It has a new spit/wind shield/pop guard...never been spit on.
It is complete and working great. I do not have the instructions but they are readily available on the interweb. See my other auction for a Call of Duty Black Ops game for Xbox 360 and a Xbox 360 pro console.
These headphones do not work with PS3, only Xbox 360.

Yea wireless is so much better, and this was really is top of the line when I bought it and turtle beach still supports it if you need replacement parts.

I have a set of these that I use on my PS3. You HAVE to have the PBT communicator from turtle beach. I believe it cost around $30. Just letting the PS3 fans know.

Ohhhh, thanks for that info... I looked on Turtle Beache's website and they sell the PS3 adapter for 29.95 plus shipping.
