Was given to us and we will never use it so here it is. It is almost brand new. Just a couple months old, we got this in Feb and never used it just put it in a drawer and left it there. I never got a charger with it, but used a usb to charge it from the computer. Any questions please ask! Per listia rules the iPhone is wiped of all info and set back to factory settings.

If you open the back of the phone, you could see if it takes a chip, there should be a small skinny slot for what looks like a place to slide in a very very small SD card like slightly bigger than a dime... then you'll know, if it takes a chip or not... THANKS! DON'T OPEN back, if screwed up, there should be a SLIDING back panel!

for the record. all iPhones have sim card slots at the very top of the phone. the newest iPhones (4) sim cards are smaller than the others. I'm assuming if it's not the newest phone u can use your Verizon or Att sim. and yes u will have to update your data plan through your service provider or u will be paying much higher rates to use the phone or u might not even be able to use the features without the data plan. and if the phone has been restored to it's original factory settings the phone is not "jail broke". and I hope no one ever tries to pull apart an iPhone unless they know what they are doing. iPhone do not have backs or batteries that slide off. it's just a one piece mini computer. and any iPod charger will work to charge the iPhone. hope this helps!

no problem.. it's on the very top, there's a tiny hole, you pop it out there. i had no idea about it. i do agree with another user, you can ship this out for $5.20 via us post office in a small flat rate box. it's better to pay that for shipping and get way more credits to spend on other stuff here, than to charge so much for shipping and give the phone away for minimal credits. though I do agree with you, I currently can't afford to pay shipping for people either and it's a small price for anyone to pay considering they are getting something free in return. good luck with your auction!!

Fanned you! awesome item. I would pay your $10 shipping, because I really really really need this and $10 is better than buying it for the full amount. The other day I shipped a very similar item and I was charged close to $9 bucks due to the item having a battery and so on, I was not able to ship it first class which would have been the cheapest way because it doesn't weight much. Any who...just my opinion lol no offense to anyone.

mudhuney is mistaken. an AT&T iPhone will not work with Verizon unless it has been unlocked.
