Why did you only use it once? I have been intrigued by this for a long time, but wonder if it would "scare" the cats and they wouldn't use the litter box.

The reason is because I have a dog that gets in the litter box, so I need one with a cover. Also, you can set it to do it at anytime, so I did it like at 11:00 at night.
