This is a brief essay regarding the Trifari Company to give you some background:
The Trifari Company was founded by Gustavo Trifari in 1910, later in 1918 he partnered with Leo Kraussmann & then with Carl Fishel in 1925. The maker mark they use at that time was KTF & these pieces are Rare & of high Collector value. In the 1930's Alfred Philippe, one of the country's best Designers at that time, having worked with Cartier & Van Cleef & Arpels, joined Trifari as Head Designer & the Company sky rocketed to success.

Kenneth J Lane, was a designer for Trifari for a while in the late 1970's. They were Quality Designers making Quality Costume Jewelry & EVERYONE wanted it!!

At Auction today is a very beautiful set of faux Pearl , clip back style earrings by the quality maker,Trifari. The Maker signature on this pair is the Trifari Logo with a Crown over the T. This particular mark was used by the company from 1955 to the late 1960's, & the pieces with this signature are very sough after by collectors.

Please look at ALL the photos to assess condition & design. The setting is a brushed Gold tone affair with triple leaves cascading downward, with 2 Lovely, Rich in Depth, & very Lustrous, Teardrop faux pearls.
The rear side is a smooth & polished finish & both of the clip backs, that work as intended, are signed Crown(symbol) Trifari. They measure 1.75 "L x 1" W.

Even as I am listing these beauties, I am feeling a touch of Sellers remorse, but I really want to share them with those special Listians, that will take care of them & show them off. You know who YOU are ;0)
