This is Canadian Pottery
Called Evangeline Pottery
This is a large candle holder
About 8" long--3 1/2" high
I'm not sure what the peaks are for that surround the center hole.
It looks like you could put some kind of globe into it, if you wanted to..measures about 3 1/2" across, in the middle
No cracks or chips or crazing--no flaws
It is in beautiful condition
"note" the little lines that you see in the middle that look like cracks--that is dust, and I have cleaned it off since I took this picture.
Drip pattern, reminds me of Hull pottery

Probably there to slow the wax melt from getting to the outer rim? Maybe? Its very cool!

Part if it is missing .... Suppose to have a hurricane glass /wind shield in it I do believe , hence the spiky prongs sticking up , hope this helps ..... BEAUTIFUL pottery & I am originally from Louisiana and the Evangeline Oak is down south Louisiana and the story of Evangeline & Gabriel , written by Longfellow , about two Acadian lovers :)
