Yes, I just verified with an agent. When you Enter it online (or go to the store) it gives you two options, the more everything plan, or prepaid. Here is out conversation:

Ary10 must be a child. I have seen her ask the silliest -stangest questions. And it's always in iPhone auctions. She thinks the way shipping is --is that you would literately walk to her home, and place the phone in her mailbox, than walk away. Lol. ??? She also has asked many people if the phone is activated and able to have calls on it when they put it off in her mailbox.... It's very obvious she is just a child. Very young even. --my 12 year old understands what shipping means- and that every phone needs to be activated by the new owner. I'm not being mean- I just wanted you to know- and anyone else who has seen her on their auctions. I'm not sure i would ship anything to a young child.
