This is a brand new unopened copy of Snow Leopard! I just got this and would keep it, but I already have a copy of Snow Leopard which I won off of Listia. is this the upgrade disk or the full version?

I wasn't aware that there was an upgrade disk. I'm pretty sure this is the full version it says on the package "Mac OS X Snow Leopard Version 10.6" In addition it says on the package that the requirements are Mac computer with an Intel processor, 1 GB of RAM, DVD drive for installation, 5GB of available disk space..

Yeah it's got a license. Its unopened and you can put it on up to two different computers.
