Description

The listing, 1-2 Year Old Improved Meyer Lemon Citrus Tree in Grower's Pot has ended.

Patio Sized Meyer Lemon Citrus Tree At Last! Full sized, edible Citrus fruit can be grown anywhere inside or out of doors in a sunny location, in a container as long as the temperature is between 55F and 85F. Our select Citrus Trees will produce true to type. This lemon will quickly grow to a height of 2 to 3 feet when grown as a container plant. The size of the plant is determined by the size of the pot. These plants will happily spend their entire life in a 1 to 2 gallon pot indoors. If planted outdoors year-round, directly in the ground, these trees will get 5 feet tall. These trees will start bearing fruit within the next 12-18 months.

This patio Meyer lemon tree is grafted onto a well formed root system and is actively growing in its pot in a peat/soil growing mix and is 9 to 13 inches tall. Upon arrival in your home, it will need to be re-potted into a gallon container with drainage holes, using either cactus or well draining standard houseplant potting mix, within the next 60 to 90 days.

Your tree will NOT arrive with fruit on it as shown, your tree is one year from looking like the picture shown.

About Fruit Production: Due to the blossoming cycles of Citrus & Fruit Trees we cannot guarantee that any of our trees will arrive with developed fruit on them. Since our trees are grown from grafts of mature trees, they do produce fruit years sooner than a seeded tree would. Usually our trees will begin to blossom and produce fruit around two to three years old. The older a tree is, the more likely it is to produce fruit.

These sell on our website everyday for $59.95 plus $12.95 shipping.

Shipped in its growers pot, NOT BARE ROOTED

Realistically how long would it take me to start making my own lemonade? How long until I could pick store sized lemons and have them to actually use? Just curious! Very intrigued!

It all depends on how long it takes any plant to get established there no sure answer to when a plant will produce fruit.

Sorry I guess I worded it wrong. I would like to know if this is non GMO? Also when it produces lemons, would the seeds from that lemon produce another tree, and fruit true to type, or is it a hybrid? Thanks again!
Jul 30th, 2014 at 12:37:32 AM PDT by
Original
When it produces lemons the seeds won't produce another tree. The lemons that show in the picture are close to the ones that the Meyer lemon is if you need more info on the Meyer lemon trees google them and it will help you understand them a little better. They are non gmo
