Ah !! You know I thought it was bleach stain or something , you're right! There is a hole there. There are no holes on the inner blue part (other side is just blue so can be used either way). There is that small hole and another one right next to it that's a little longer. Thank you for question I would have never noticed it was a hole :/ I'm sorry
