This was originally an AT&T phone but I was able to get them to unlock after I fulfilled my prepaid agreement and now I have a new phone I figured I give you a chance to get it. Has Bluetooth, qwerty keyboard. This phone only works with a SIM card installed so I included a blank one for you to play with along with the original punched card which has the SIM lock code if you ever need it and is programmable (programming soft and reader/writer not included) I have also included the charger for the phone.

Once someone else puts the phone on their account they have to put their own sim card in or get a new one or if they start up a new account then they need a new sim card. I used to work for at&t so i know how they work.

AT&T requires their prepaid phones to 6 months or use it l with their service before unlocking them

Also once your sim card is activated it cant be reactivated so it will be useless to anyone else except to get your account & contact info off using a sim card reader.

It would boot without a SIM card so I included a blank one. But it will work with any stomach l sin l SIM card or service

I know if its unlocked it will work with any gsm sim & carrier but the old sim card if it was already activated it will be no good to anyone other than you. They are only good for a one time activation.

AT&T don't always keep personality information and they consider the person that has the phone the owner of the phone unless the owner has put put security protocols in place

For AT&T to give you the unlock code you first have to use their service for 6 months. I don't know what you did but this is how I unlocked it to use it with other networks.
