This came with my new Alienware 18 laptop and am passing the savings on to Listia! Would make a great gift for a student or anyone really! It runs on windows 8.1 just like a normal computer. It does not run on jellybean or something else. I have attached a plenty of pictures, some have been edited for personal information reasons as well as a product code on the windows 8 registration. Lovely auction!!! Just lovely! I also have one listed. I wanted to give some input on credit to cash conversion- 499 credits is equivalent to 25¢.... Worth it for a free item.. At 300.000 credits. They go for 199.99 at Walmart. My computer technician hubby states it's a great item! Like carrying around your entire computer in a tablet. Good luck!! ( wish I had the credits)

No, you cannot. On Listia the average is $1 per 1000 points if value. This item retails for $249.99, a link has even been provided. You might find a used one cheaper, however even on eBay they still go for $175. This is brand new, never used outside of turning it on once.

just bought a nook hd +9 ... thinking it was able to use adobe.. not so.. was led to think it did just like a computer.. my last tablet died.. so my question.. it has ports great feature.. camara's 2 very great features... can it have adobe or shock wave on it .. or is it not compatable>>??/ ok spelling is not my strong suite.. spell ck here..lol

Great question... I did some research on your nook hd. It uses "Android 4.0.3 OS with customized Nook User Interface".

This tablet does not use a tablet operating system. It uses Windows 8 operating system just like your home pc with Android Interface Features. No matter what program it is this tablet can run it assuming it's Windows compatible, it has enough memory and cpu power to run the program.

Jelly bean is a tablet OS similar to any other tablet one but free. This plays Windows 8 same as your pc would.

Just the ones it comes with, Windows 8 tablet operating system. It's factory reset so yoy can install any Windows program on it just like your pc.

Like the description says it's new except I turned it on once to try it. This means I put in my information (named the pc, password, etc). This is why I reset it back to how you get it out of the box. It is not refurbished, it's like new since I did open it. However since then it's never been used really. Hope this clears everything up.

Someone told me you can use the Google one, but for all intents and purposes the only one I've seen on it is the Windows app store and you can download programs like a regular pc does.
