Questions & Comments
great auction definatly watching it, and for the Canadian listia members remember it costs us anywhere from 5 dollars to 20 dollars added charge to ship to you depending on the size of the box, this would prolly be a 20 extra one
I am really sorry for the overclocking comment. It is really dangerous to do unless you have a really good liquid Cooling system and having a intake and exhaust fan. Plus if you overclock when you are not experienced like me it might not be stable
i just found out the listia app is not good with posting replies. though you can overclock this processor to 4.5 ghz their are many factors you have to look at before doing so and i would not recommend overclocking that high with out a really good liquid cooling system
for some reason my previous reply didn't show up sorry about that. your current processor is running 4 cores at 3.0 ghz which is comparable to running 1 core at 12 ghz which is super fast. this processor is running 4 cores at 3.9 ghz which is comparable to running 1 core at 15.6 ghz which is way faster. this processor also has a radeon hd 6670 which is the next generation up from your video card. however to use this processor you will have to get a new FM-2 socket motherboard
the mother board you have is not compatible with this processor you would have to upgrade to a new mother board which is not a bad idea since your computer came out in 2006
I have an E Machine it keeps crashing , says it's "Full" and delete some programs but I have no clue about doing that , I've added an external Hard drive and moved lots of stuff (pics and files) but it's barely hanging in there. Would this help? Sorry I haven't clue what to do outside of a new computer (but I don't want to lose all I have!!)
most likely your computer has a processor that is soldered on the mother board. if you were to replace the mother board with an fm2 mother board it would work. but as it stands this wont help. To delete programs click the start button. click on the control pannel. then click on Add/remove programs (may also be called programs and features) click on the program that you want to remove and click the remove button.
as an alternative you can go to http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner download and install CCleaner. then you can have it scan your hard drive and it will delete un needed files. to removes on CCleaner click the tools button then click the uninstall button choose the program you want to remove and click the uninstall button. Hope this helps
