yes, the title does not say its for the GOTY edition it says its for the regular tomb raider game. I have another one that isn't GOTY edition so I can use the codes for that one if no one wins them.

Just because the picture says GOTY edition doesn't make it the GOTY edition. The DLC is was makes it the GOTY edition. And I could of used the code when I played the game and posted it up for auction and it still would be considered game of the year edition. Im assuming you thought you were getting the GOTY and you didn't read before placing a bid. I suggest maybe waiting for someone to outbid you and consider reading the info and asking questions before placing a bid to avoid confusion.

I've been doing business online for many years. Ebay, 99gamers, amazon, etc. I know how the game works. I know reading the description is key, and I admit I skimmed yours. Title says GOTY, picture shows GOTY, that was good enough at the time of initial bid. I didn't notice your little tidbit added at the very end. To be honest, its weird you did that, and I would never in a million years have thought to check if someone would actually try and do that. I definitely hope I don't win your item, for both our sakes.

Title CLEARLY says, *GIN for GOTY Edition* and if you win you would know you can't request a refund just because you failed to read and chose to bid anyways. I've done multiple auctions like this so yes, let's hope you don't win. For your sake more than mines! Have a WONDERFUL day!:)

You currently have 100% positive feedback, its certainly more for your sake. Its shady as hell the way you set it up, and frankly, pretty embarrassing. You are not "rewarding" someone by including something that came with the game.

You are just mad because you failed to READ! Myself and others have listed GOTY edition games and although they have used the DLC code it doesn't change the fact that GOTY edition is on the cover. What you are experiencing is what listia refers to as "Buyers remorse" And if you READ the guidelines you will not be awarded a refund. My feedback is 100% because I send exactly what I say I will. Why is it everyone else read and you failed to? You said I threw "Gin for GOTY edition" at the end to trick people but its in the TITLE and FIRST part of the description! Lol New users like yourself amuse me. My feedback is at 100% positive and will stay that way. :)

I did get a little confused at first reading this, I am a fairly new Listian and had to read this a couple of times to understand that you would be getting the regular game for just bidding on it and the GOTY edition for get it now. You might want to include a picture of the regular game, kind of threw me off that you just had the picture of the GOTY edition. but I did F&W!

This is the regular game. Like I told the other guy I cant change the fact that this cover of the game says goty. I could of used the dlc for myself and still listed the game and the cover will still say goty but it wouldn't be. If your bidding it would be your job to read the description to know that the dlc has been used but in this case it hasn't and I've decided to use it as a gin option. You say your new so please read, i think my explanation was pretty straight forward, you'll run into some more complicated ones or maybe ones that leave out key details on here and i don't. Its all in my description. And thanks for watching
