The batteries are fine they just won't last the 14 hours music or the 20 hours of standby like they use too.

Yeah i had that iPod connected to the computer to charge, make sure everything was fine. Everytime you connect iPod to the pc the messages will pop up for safer transferring, updating & charging, the way to get rid of the messages is to press eject option on the computer. pretty much don't unplug with out ejecting

I do know they last long,I just haven't tested exactly how long they last yet. probably need to do that before the bid ends.

I did the Nano 19 hours, the two iPod 30gb 2nd GN 14 hours music playback, then on the video one of 30 gb didn't even last a 2 minute that would be the one that is being charge on my pictures with do not disconnect & the other 30 gb last 3 hours of video so this one is fine on the video part.
