This is a new/unused High Speed Rockefish IDE External HDD 2.5 Enclosure. Everything in the picture is include plus a carrying case. The unit will be removed from box to help keep my shipping cost down. If you would like the box, I can fold it as neatly as possible and include it.

what kind of hardward does it come with?
I have a hard drive I need to take photos off of...and I need the adapter that plugs into it..so what kind of adapters (hardware) is included with it ..thanks

This enclosure uses a 2.5 IDE Hard drive. A 40 pin Adapter is part of the kit to convert the Hard drive to an external one.

Will not work on PC HDDs. They are size 3.5. This is a 2.5. For use with a laptop IDE HDD.

are those IDE (or whatever it is on an XP computer) Hard Drives that's already in an XP computer when you get the XP Computer compatable with this?

Yes. Most Xp computers would have IDE HDDs. Newer computers utilize SATA/PATA for Vista to Windows 8.
