Description

The listing, The Original TickedOff Tick Remover ~ BNIP has ended.

Winner receives 1 remover BNIP. Choice of orange or white.

May be used in any direction to remove ticks, from front, back or side.

Once the tick has been isolated, is clearly visible and free from obstruction, place the wide part of the notch on the skin near the tick (hold skin taut if necessary). Applying slight pressure downward on the skin, slide the remover forward so the small part of the notch is framing the tick.

Continuous forward sliding motion detaches the tick.

(Do not pry, lever or lift up.)

The tick is now completely removed for disposal (or may be saved for testing).

Treat the wound as needed.

Clean your tick remover with alcohol or similar disinfectant.

For adult and adult supervised use; not a toy

I will only ship to Listia VERRIFIED Addresses. Please be verified be for bidding.

This is a great item to have with you while: hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, working outdoors.
I can personally say they work really well on both dogs and children. (I have had far too much experience using one this summer).
These are the best things ever! They can get them in places that are hard to reach.

Just wanted to say:
May you Never have a Need to use this, but if you should, It is the Best thing I have found to remove the rotten little buggers! (I really hate ticks)
It looks so simple that it just couldn't be that great. But that is the beauty of it! It truly is that simple. My son, who is 7yrs old, can use it easily. I honestly could go on and on about just how much I love this handy little tool!
But I'll quit rambling on and let ya'll get back to bidding. lol

Questions and comments are welcome, and I will answer all questions to the best of my ability. Rude or ugly comments will not be tolerated.

Thank you so much for stopping by.
Happy bidding everyone!

Not seeing a pic? But definitely got my attention! We have those stupid bugs everywhere here! My little boy has a habit of pulling them off and breaking them! Not good! Would love to have something like this he could use and not break them off potentially causing infection or diseases.

Sorry about the lack of pics. Thought I had some to upload from my last two, but must have deleted file. Will be adding pics tomorrow. Really hope you are able to get one. Its a scary thing to have a tick on a child and the head stays embedded. I really wish that these were more readily available in stores.

Thanks, definitely keeping a close eye on this one! I tell him all the time to let me get them but he'll still sneak off and pull it off. It is scary with all the diseases they carry!

I hear ya girl. I keep on of these for us and one for the dogs. Still my 7yr old son will forget and pick em off the dogs. But he will use the TickedOff tool, when he remembers (or I see and remind him), with ease.

I wish stores did carry these. Ive never seen anything remotely close to what your speaking of. And there so bad here! This year especially! The diseases they carry are so hard to detect half the time and worse to cure. His grandmother passed from complications from rocky mountain disease.

I had never heard of them until 2 yrs ago. My daughter had one bit in on her ear. Not in the ear canal, but in the "folds" where skin kinda connects in one spot, if that makes sense. She had just arrived at school when I saw it. In a panic, wondering how in the world I would get it off of her, I went to the office hoping to see the nurse. She wasn't in, but they handed me this weird mini melon baller thing. I was very skeptical of its appearance, but tried it. I could not believe how quickly and efficiently it worked. I went straight home looked it up on the internet and bought in bulk. Sadly the woman that I spoke with at TickOff told me that WalMart has the option to carry them on a store by store basis. Meaning that an individual store can order, but not every store really would have a need and wouldn't be a traited item..

The Wal-Mart here I know doesn't sell them, I use to work there. Shame they would probably sell well! Id try anything to keep my son from breaking them. Hes got a sore right now under his arm from doing that. Seems all the good bug killers that use to work they've discontinued as well :/

Mine doesn't carry them either. I don't think its so much that they won't, I think its more a lack of product knowledge. They probably don't even know that this exists. I have meant to take one in to show that sporting goods mgr and store mgr, and haven't done so yet.

Get to it & I will do the same here in Va.! I have Lyme Disease from those little buggers and I really need this like yesterday. The disease is suppose to maybe go away after a couple of years but I keep getting bit again & THEN A BULLS EYE LOOKING REDDISH LUMP shows up & I know that I am reinfected again. God help that little boy but I need this too!:)

So sorry to hear that. My husband went through the treatments a few years ago. Please understand that this will NOT prevent Lyme Disease. But it does aid in the removal. I have been told not to use some old fashioned methods because it can make the tick vomit from nail polish/ remover and tweezers can squeeze the toxins out of the tick and into you. But with this you use leverage and it kinda pops them off without having to touch its back end.

This gadget is a Godsend and thanx 4 ur auction! Another method of getting them off my sister tells me is to take a small sharp steralized pair of scissors, keep the skin pulled taunt and get as close to the skin were tick is with scissors and cut the ticks head off quickly before it releases any toxins into you!
Sincerely; debis1
Hope this helps whoever doesn't have ur gadget!:)

I just wish that these were easier to get.. I would love to see a mass marketer pick them up. I think that they would sell really well for a company like Bass Pro Shops or even one of the pet store chains. I bet they could get a much better deal than I did.
Any one who has a hunter, outdoors man, children, pets, etc. would really love this if they had the opportunity to try it.
