Skagen watches are nice, but a $125 watch is not what I consider to be "high-end".
I have a Swiss Certina watch made of Titanium that cost me about $700 when I bought it in Switzerland 15 years ago, and they consider that a mid-level watch. High-end is usually several thousand dollars.

I also have an aluminum Swatch Watch that I bought here in Dallas at the Swatch Store and that cost $175 (yes, it's one of the few Swatch watches that is not plastic...) and that's a daily wear watch.

On the other hand, "low-end" watches are the $9.95 stuff that Walmart sells, or the "Geneva" brand that I've seen sold at the aliexpress site for less than $5 each (and there seems to be an awful lot of those Chinese made "Geneva" watches here on Listia...)...

But that's just my 2 Eurocents worth! This Skagen watch is very nice lookng though! About how old is it?

You have to admit that $125 is high end for a free auction site. I know my watches,my father collected and repaired rare antique clocks,pocket watches,etc...I grew up going to clock and watch shows. This SKAGEN watch is 1of many my father left me,it being the least expensive of the lot. I figured I would offer it on Listia, and let someone have a chance at a great timepiece....and give me more space in my jewelry box.
