The listing, Handmade Wand for Halloween Costume or Cosplay has ended.

This is a wand I made - it doesn't have any rare gems or mystically powered wood but it is fun :) would be good for a quick addition to a costume or if your kids (or you) like to play Witches and Wizards. It is somewhat of a death / goth / gothic inspired wand, so most likely used by a meany evil witch / warlock. This is not a professional product (again it's handmade by me) but it is pretty sturdy and has a metal center - I've painted it and patina 'd it ... the clear "diamond" shape on the end is thick tile glass. Nonsmoking household

That is an awesome looking wand you have there! I'm very impressed and interested in finding out if you plan to make more. You have a real talent from what I see and i'm sure this one will go for quite a few credits. I would love to see what you can do with a genuine quartz point(clear,smoky, or citrine) and sacred wood (possibly found in an old graveyard) Hint, Hint :-) Good luck on your auction and if you're considering making the real deal, let me know and maybe we can work something out. Lisableavitt, your work is nice and if your planning on making more, they will net you more if you keep with the day, meaning Christmas ornaments are considerably more profitable during the season. Just saying, good luck with your auction

What did you make this wand with? ( the metal) the main form of it?

Just a steel metal rod (a little over 1/8" thick ), wood beads, patina, gold buff and rub, paint, acrylic, tiny glass tiles (at the top), alcohol inks, crystal acrylic bead, some resin to coat it

The fact that you did such an amazing job on a "costume" piece puts everyone in awe. If that kind of effort is made for something "fake", I can't imagine the workmanship for the real thing. You have a great artistic gift. It's nice that you are willing to share with us Listians. Fanned. I don't have the credits to bid on this, but I can't wait to see more of your creations.
