Up for auction is a very slightly used Virgin mobile. KYOCERA RISE 4.0.4 ANDROID CELL PHONE. I got it for my son and he didn't like it because it has the slide out texting pad. You can text with out using the slide out pad but he just didn't like it.the phone was only used about 2 months and the texting pad is new he never used it once. the phone was factory reset.we all have androids so we use the same couple chargers so the charger that you will be getting is brand new. The operating system is a 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich talk time is approximately 8 hours and 40 minutes camera is a 3.15 mega-pixel auto focus and it does have a video recorder on it also. There is a very small scratch that's about an inch long on the top of the phone its barely even noticeable and when the phone is on you can't even hardly see it at all and on the right hand side right above the camera button there is a small nick which was on the phone when I bought the phone so it must have been a factory defect. the last couple pictures show the scratch the one with the blue screen is the one I that you can see the scratch on it and the last three pictures the one is the one I took of the phone on with the information like the model number the operating system and then the last two are the ones that I looked up on the INTERNET and took pictures of from the INTERNET with all the information that you need I will also put the link below for the phone that way all you need to do is copy and paste it in a new tab and it will bring up everything you need to know about this phone. I only did this for a 10 day auction instead of the 21 day auction because I figure if you need a phone you need one now you don't wont to wait 21 days for an auction to end and then another 3 to 4 days to get it in the mail. :+)

ok so there isn't any contract with a carrier, is the phone unlocked and does it run GMS for Canadians . because my carrier is rogers , can will this phone work.

like i said the phone was only used about 2 months and it was never activated so i wasn't sure if it was a contract or a prepaid... but i do know now that virgin mobile only has prepaid service.. :|)

If its a Virgin mobile all their plans are prepay so prepay shouldn't be a problem their phones are not transferable to other companies not even boost who they also own! Just fyi! Nice phone W&B :-) been with Virgin 9yrs its the ONLY prepaid we can use in our warehouse!
