Description

The listing, Film; Polaroid Instant; Spectra Image; Unopened Package has ended.

Thank you for browsing.

Back in the day (2008) I went to a guerilla film school to learn Super8 filmmaking. Being a keener, I picked up a Polaroid camera and hunted down film on eBay - they had stopped production, several years previous, and the film was rare. Sadly I only used two packets of film at the school and, since then, the camera has gone...somewhere; I now shoot on digital (or have better suited equipment) and the film now resides amongst my seed collection in the “Crisper” drawer of my fridge.

The winner of this “AS IS” auction will receive one (1) unopened package of Polaroid Spectra Image instant film with ten (10) exposures. The best before date of this film is 03/08 (August 2003); it was stored in refrigerated conditions prior to purchase (according to the trusted eBay sellers I purchased from) and since then by myself (which I know, for certain, to be factual).

This film is compatible with the following Polaroid models: 1200FF; Image; Image 1200; Macro 3; Macro 5; ProCam; Spectra and Spectra Pro.

PLEASE NOTE - This is an “AS IS” auction. Though I used two (2) packages with this expiry date in 2008, with satisfactory results, I cannot provide any guarantee it will be so now. This film has a “Best Before” date of “03/08” (August 2003) and I can guarantee it has been stored in refrigerated conditions since its purchase in spring of 2008.

Very cool. I collect and use Polaroid cameras, even have an untested but minty spectra lying around.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the end date cannot be changed. I may, however, have other packages in the future. :-) Good luck.

You wouldn't happen to have more film, would you?

Thank you for browsing and your question. Do you have a particular type of film that you're looking for, or are you inquiring about more of this film?

I (think I) have 5 packages of the Image Spectra film left; a couple of rolls of Super8 and (somewhere in there) possible a package or 2 of unused 35mm film.

Great item! I highly doubt I'll win your auction, due to my lack of credits & my newness to Listia. My grandmother still uses her Polaroid & she would be elated if I could find film for her.

Thank you for browsing and your comment. :-) The important thing is to make sure it's the right kind of Polaroid film, there are a couple of different types of instant films for different Polaroid cameras.
