Up for grabs is this htc 8925 touch screen tilt with an unlock code and smart chip. The smart ship needs to be activated (brand new). I was using this phone in contract with att and then switched to pre-paid. I kept my smart chip and bought a new one just for the winner! I also bought an unlock code incase you want to switch your carrier. this is a dual band phone. I rarely used it AND it comes with the box with the original price tag of over $400 PLUS all the extras mentioned above :)

There is a whole website dedicated to changing the tilt to an app based phone. if you google it, there are SO may awesome features including wifi :) .

Yes, but you will have to take it to the store to have it transferred. You cant just pop a regular att sim in there and it works. It needs to be programmed to your info.

i got it under contract, switched it to pre-paid with a clear esn. It has an unlock code so you can switch between the two or a carrier that uses dual band.

55000 pts. I figured that was a fair amount considering the price tag for 548.00 was still on the box.lol I'm not sure about us cellular. If you google att dual band 3g flashed to us cellular it would probably give you better reliable resouces to find out :)

I forgot to mention this phone is like having a mini laptop in your pocket. It is all windows based has a slide out keyboard. The screen tilts up any you don't need survice to surf the internet because it has wifi. It also is an mp3 player and camera as well as a phone. Its touch screen and you can draw pics on it. It also has programs like excel and powerpoint on it.
