No, This is a GSM phone that can only be used with GSM networks. Sorry Verizion and Sprint users.

Unfortunately there is a "badge" for flagging 25 auctions....been trying to contact someone on Listia to get this straightened out....if Anyone has any ideas, please let me know.....Good Auctions like this and others shouldn't be suffering just because someone wants a badge, nor for any other reason that cannot be proved to be a scam; and Definitely Not after they have bid on it! A "Support Ticket" has to filed: I did not mention this auction, in particular, but i did include that auctions that are good and legitimate have been flagged and closed, and then allowed to run again in the same way, by the same person, for the same item, showing that it should have NEVER been flagged in the first place. So for EVERYONE that is interested, and to show support for such auctions as this, and cut the crap out from the "whoevers", PLEASE submit your complaints by using the "SUPPORT TICKET" option. Great phone! I just wish it was CDMA so I could use it with Verizon :( @ prittsja28-GSM phones have sim cards and are able to be used on other networks such as AT&T,T Mobile,and such; CDMA phones,like Verizon don't use SIM cards so that there's nothing anyone can do with it but use it pretty much on their network.However,with this phone being Jailbroken & Unlocked (to use on other networks) it can and should be able to be used on any netwwork but Verizon,at least to my knowledge (I have Verizon myself).Hope that helps a little,I wast trying to answer the question for anyone,just wanted to help,if she wanted to bid. :)

Moparman - If you send some photos of it to a listia mod via a help ticket and ask, they will put the photos up. Someone is probably flagging assuming it's fake because usually with electronic items Listia wants full front and back pics of the item, along with a piece of paper that has your name in your handwriting. That's suppose to be a little more insurance that you indeed have the item and intend to carry through all the way with the auction and shipping. Just a tip. I had a few items flagged and taken down too when I first started.
