The listing, Frozen Disney themed Elsa Tutu dress has ended.

hand made Elsa Tutu with cape not pictured. this is not pre made and will need up to 3 weeks for shipping.. winner will need to give me child's measurements.( around chest from under arms and length from under arms down. I sell this Tutu for $75 and am wanting. to give a little girl something special that might not be able to afford it.. if this goes over well I will be doing another auction with a different dress.

sorry for the confusion, ur question sounded like I was advertising for Halloween.. there is no way I can have this ready and shipped in time unless I overnighted it and that's not cheap and even then depending on size I don't know if I could have it ready to be shipped in time.. I have paid order also going out this week.. sorry.
