The phone works great and is in good condition. No cracks or scratches on the surface. The edges of the phone have minor cosmetic damage that you can probably see in the pictures.

If you send the phone will it come with the sim? ..and will we be able to activate it with out any problems like it being reported stollen or lost

I'll send the phone with the Verizon SIM that's already in the phone. You can check the MEID number to see the ESN can be activated. This is not the first phone I've listed and every winner has been happy so far.

I'm going to reset this phone so when you get it, it will be just like starting from scratch on any other new phone. You'll have to connect to your iCloud account.

Could you get the unlock code from your carrier for the winner? I know only the previous owner can do that by contacting Verizon with your account details and they then send you a code. New provisions state all carriers have to supply this on good standing accounts. Thanks : ) Watching..
