I QUIT!!! I bought this to quit smoking... Used it once, and thought... Is this really quitting? So I put it away, and here it is!!! This is the complete kit - 5v USB car charger, USB cord, charging case, 2 blu ecig batteries, all in its original box. The case itself charges via USB from any 5v charger (as seen in pics) just like any android device. It did not come with a wall charger unfortunately, only the car charger, but will charge from anywhere - android charger, ps3, pc or laptop, etc. After the case is charged, it has the ability to charge the two batteries (one at a time) up to five times total. Ah, thank you for that information. In the description I detailed that in no way the cartridges would go to a minor, but per listia rules I will add an update stating that they will not be shipped.

As far as I know, blu is an ordinary ecig. If you're referring to vaporizors, those are often completely custom, and much more expensive.

Yes, I believe that is correct as the flavor cartridge (what you actually put your mouth on) screws directly into the battery (what charges inside the case - two provided). Hope I helped!

As a minor, you shouldn't be on Listia at all. Buy to answer your question, no there is no age limit, as no tobacco products of any kind will be shipped with it.
