Never used strips, do you have to cut them or do they wrap under the nail?

The box still has the manufacturer's seal. So, yes, these have never been used. You do not have to pre-cut them. Here's some additional instruction information:

~ You remove the clear protective plastic cover & peel the color strip from the backing paper.
~ Then place the strip against the cuticle line and press to the nail.
~ Use warm hands for maximum flexibility and to help mold the strip to the nail. Gently stretch strip for a perfect fit and firmly smooth over entire nail.
~ Run flat side of cuticle stick (included) along edge of strip to firmly bond it to the nail.
~ Smooth excess polish strip over nail edge, forming a crease around the edge of the nail. Gently file away the excess from the nail edge using the light pink side of the file.
~ It's recommended to apply to your thumbs last.
