The listing, Alice Starmore's Hebridean Wool has ended.

Alice Starmore ® Hebridean 2 Ply Yarn is made from premium quality pure new British wool, dyed in the fleece and skillfully blended into unique shades. It is hand-washed and dried in the Scottish Island Hebridean air.

This auction is for all four skeins, one each in the Erica, Clover, Wild Orchid, and Limpet colorway.
Clover and Wild Orchid are of the Summer Isle range, which is inspired by the tiny Summer Islands in the mouth of Loch Broom.
Erica is one of the Moor & Mountain range, which is inspired by the moorland landscape of the Isle of Lewis.
Limpet is one of the Sea and Shoreline range, which is inspired by the Hebridean coast.

100% wool
fingering weight
93 yards/0.88 ounces per skein, that's 372 yards for all 4 hanks.Certainly enough for small projects like a cowl, a scarf, a hat, mittens, armwarmers, etc.

Gauge:
26 st = 4 inches on US 3 needles

Oh, I love these!! I've always been loyal to Barlett yarn, i Maine ~but this is gorgeous! My stock is dwindling. I'll be watching and bidding for sure!

Okay, I have a lot of natural color, trying to think...I have 2 of those huge sweater containers full of it....I would LOVE to win this auction, the heather to them is Beautiful!
I live pretty close to Bartlerts, and you can get it wholesale there...i'll let you know when i'm going next. I really need some of the "Bluebnerry"...

Natural colors often look great as they are, don't they? Or combined with others. When you said "Blueberry" I thought I had some and checked, but it's much lighter. It's "Delft Blue". I got tons of it for a pittance on etsy. ;-)
