The refund policy is no refunds. You can sell your tickets online and I saw someone selling theirs on ebay. In order to sell them you have to sign the ticket receipt, print the name and date it. After you are paid, mail the receipt to the buyer and they also have to sign it, print the name and date it. Present the ticket receipt at the door and they will check Ids. You could print this email as well and attach it. People are eager to get tickets so you should be able to sell yours.
