No this one is wify or 3G so u can connect anywhere
There is a hotspot. You do not need to have a cell phone plan

You can use wireless or 3G. 3G would be from a phone company & wireless is a hotspot or if u have a wireless router at home.

WOW you must have an awesome camera (wanna sell it? LOL) My pictures kept coming out darker that I took with my cell phone and my tablet shows up but your pictures are so bright and clear! What kind of camera do you have? Good luck with your tablet auction as well =)
