one thing i know about a ps3 is that if it is set up for HDMI and is then sold and doesnt come with the HDMI cord the imaging will need to be reset you don't have to have it hooked up to HDMI to use it the graphics are just better with the HDMI to reset the video turn the system on by pushing the power button but dont take your finger off the power button the system will shut off and is then reset to where it doesn't require the HDMI to see the picture otherwise the person who gets it if they don't hook it up to an HDMI cord will assume it's broken because when it turns on and isnt on an HDMI cord it will just show a blank screen

99% of the people in the world though use the HDMI for the best graphics to get to 1080p.. especially with BlueRay players and such..

It's really easy to get an HDMI cord (sold everywhere) .. they range from 15 (big lots) - 80.00 (Best Buy) depending upon how much you want to spend ** if you don't already have one..

My ex had 4 (PS3s) - very avid gamer and wore his out .. and he used the same HDMI cord.. so they are universal and reusable.. more than likely a person buying this machine will already have one ♥ This machine is from my New Husband who IS NOT a gamer.. ♥

I'm sure you did they aren't selling for as much money as they used to since they came out with the PlayStation 4 but for what is being offered in this listing its a steal if i had the credits id put a 500,000 credit bid in but i don't have that much right now I've been doing Christmas shopping on here for my step-son he has cerebral palsy and epilepsy hes 18 age wise but his mind is at the maturity level of a 7 or 8 year old best part is that he is very well behaved and still believes in Santa i wish more kids did was hoping to get him this for Christmas but unfortunately i don't have the credits i would have the money to buy him one if his dad wasn't $1,000 behind in child support he hasn't paid child support in around 4 months going on 5

that percentage may be a little high 99% of people that is mainly because not everyone can afford an HD T.V. i had a PlayStation 3 in the past had to sell it about a month ago to pay rent i hated selling it because it had a 320gb hard drive and i didn't have an HD T.V. to use it on even after i sold it and didn't have an HD T.V. the entire time i had it i did however have around 8 PlayStation 3's at one time because i was selling them and only 2 of them came with an HDMI cord when i bought them was just giving advice in my previous comment in case someone who doesnt have an HD T.V. knows how to reset the picture settings if they just get regular A/V cables that work with the PlayStation 3 the A/V cables tend to come with the PlayStation 3 even if you get it used at Gamestop or another place that sells them besides Ebay and even there the console tends to come with A/V cables unless stated otherwise please don't get offended just trying to give helpful advice and hopefully get the bids higher for you the console doesn't require an HDMI hook up it just makes the graphics in the games pop out more
