Aroma is smell and when you smell something that smells good it can be therapy for some.

Aroma therapy can help reduce stress, migraines and certain oils help you sleep better. To the person who asked. Usually you'd want to put it in a scentsy* or something that can melt it. If this is oils and not candles.
