The listing, Compaq Presario CQ57 laptop(Black) has ended.

For some reason, my laptop won't even load to Windows anymore.It was working fine.I don't know what happened.Really the only problem I had was the audio because the sound stopped working and the DVD/CD driver is broken.It won't even eject.Other than that,the computer works fine.It can still power on and perform its usual functions.I haven't got a chance to delete my pictures and videos off there so if you could please erase ALL my files and documents.Good luck!

If I bid on this and win and you can send a big enough flash drive, I have an HDD case that I can pop the laptop's drive into, retrieve your stuff, move it to the flash drive, and mail back to you.

What is the model of the laptop? YOu should be able to find this on the bottom listed on a sticker.

There should be some more letters and numbers after the CQ57-????? These help to better look up the individual specs for the system Thanks.

I think I'll have my wife bid on this. I'll just run a new format after a diagnostic to repair any bad sectors on the hdd. Don't want the same problem happening to me in the long run.
