Yes. sweet pea. No shams came with the quilt.. I do think, just about any shade of blues, red's or burgandy's would go wonderfully with this quilt.. even a cream color.. for the sham's.. or throw pillows... the colors in the quilt are so nice, and will be very easy to match up, with pillow cases or shams.. :)...

You are so correct- even the inexpensive quilts
are not cheap--not to mention the cost of shipping
them- it would be wonderful if more quilts, bedding

Sjs- I found shams that I may get for this
quilt- in chambray color.. Like the light blue
denim color on the quilt:))) I think they would
look beautiful with quilt colors.. It's just such a
very pretty quilt not to have nice shams- looking
at two shams... Hoping they go onsale and I
will grab them up.. Lol:)))
