This Beautiful floral candlestick is being offered at Auction to my Friends at Listia to add to your collection or to Gift to another lover of Vintage & Antique items.

She has just the Sweetest, hand painted ,Cabbage Rose pattern swirling around her "carved" stem. I say carved because there are indentations & bumps, so to speak, on the base that give it an interesting dimentional quality.

She stands 5 1/2 inches tall & is 3 inches at the base & has no chips, cracks or crazing. I do feel some roughness on the bottom, which I believe to be from its manufacture.

I have shown it with a beautiful German hallmarked plate, to show you the similarity in pattern & style of both items.
There is no Maker mark on the candlestick but it is obvious to me that it was made in Eastern Europe & in one of the Bavarian States, such as Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic or Slovenia. You be the Judge, but I'm convinced ;0) I'm not certain of age however, but it is probably an Antique or very close to it.
