Evga nVidia Geforce GTS 450 1GB PCI-E X16 2.0 Graphics Card. Works fine, upgraded to a better card and hate to just see it laying around.

Questions & Comments

You should be able to play 90% of games. With exception to high demanding games. For example, WOW (Low end) would be able to be played at max. AC4 (medium) would be Able at high but not maxed out. COD 4 (high end) would be able at low or medium settings, dependent on resolution and your whole PC setup.

What kind of games would this be able to run? I'm new to building pc and all. Could it run battlefield or call of duty.

I played BF3 on it without much issue, You wont go MAX Settings on it, and I can say it doesn't hold well with AA and Shaders much lol but here is a video I did while playing BF3 online with that card. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8Zw5fA3hkg&list=UUk2p2UL791GppliZVom-5NQ Can't remember what resolution this was at sorry but I had no problems with FPS at all. Also Played Skyrim, Fallout, Tera, a lot of others on pretty high settings with very little hit to FPS (depending on area; Riverwood in Skyrim still gives me a FPS drop with my new one lol)
