No it would clean to use the phone...no worries there...I still have an account and since I'm an employee for Verizon we HAVE to pay our bill monthly...and for the other comment im really not sure...might want to call ur provider an ask

No it is a droid eris it kind of does look like a blackberry cause of the track ball but this is a droid and everything is run by google on the phone
