This size fits most small dogs / yorkys and chiuawawas im not sure about the weight im sorry but if you measure him i could measure the tops if that helps tho i haven't had a problem on fitting yet maybe your dog is fat i dunno what weight my dog is so i cant use ur weight as comparison i am sorry.
